The following is the description of the apparition and Our Lady’s message of May 29, 2015. A Friend of Medjugorje recorded a special audio, 7 hours before Our Lady’s message was given. It is being transcribed through the weekend and will be released the first of the week. In light of Our Lady’s message, it is remarkable and prophetic. Pray until its release. – Medjugorje.com
Tonight, the most important from the meeting together with Our Lady. Also tonight Our Lady came to us joyful and happy and at the beginning, as always, She greeted all of us with Her Motherly greeting, ‘Praised be Jesus, my dear children.’ Then, for awhile, with Her arms extended, Our Lady prayed here over all of you here and She prayed especially over you who are sick present here. Then Our Lady said:
Then Our Lady blessed all of us with Her Motherly blessing, and She also blessed everything you brought to be blessed. Then I recommended all of you, all of your needs, your intentions, your families and in a special way the sick. After that Our Lady continued to pray for awhile over all of you here and left in that prayer, in an illuminated Sign of the Cross, with a greeting, ‘Go in peace my dear children.’ This would be what is the most important for tonight’s meeting. Thank you.

Church isn’t looking for retribution, just wants crucifix back
The following comes from a May 27 Castro Valley Patch article by Autumn Johnson:
A Castro Valley Catholic church is hoping the people responsible for taking a life-sized bronze statue of Jesus Christ from the church grounds last week will return it. The statue stood outside the Church of the Transfiguration, located at 400 E. Castro Valley Blvd., for nine years before it was taken sometime between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, according to the church’s parochial administrator Father Terry O’Malley.
Church officials noticed the figure was missing from the cross it was
bolted to after Wednesday morning mass. Church officials notified the Alameda county sheriff’s office that same day, according to spokesman Sgt. J.D. Nelson. Deputies are currently investigating the incident, Nelson said. O’Malley said he thinks two or three people may have been involved in the alleged burglary, since the statue was very heavy. He also believes the suspects may have taken the statue because of its metallic value. O’Malley said because the church is situated away from the main road, an incident like this is unusual.
“We have relatively been free from any vandalism for years,” O’Malley said. “This is the first time anything like this has happened.” The church is looking into putting up security cameras soon. Although the church is hoping to get the statue back, O’Malley said they are not looking for retribution. “That’s not our sentiment, we’re willing to forgive and forget,” he said.

Dear Family of Mary!
“Dear children! Also today I am with you and with joy I call all of you: pray and believe in the power of prayer. Open your hearts, little children, so that God may fill you with His love and you will be a joy to others. Your witness will be powerful and everything you do will be interwoven with God’s tenderness. I am with you and I pray for you and your conversion until you put God in the first place. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (May 25, 2015)
Yesterday we discussed what it means to open our hearts. It makes sense that being “open-hearted” has to do with honesty and being candid with the Lord. This is what the Lord is really looking for in us. He wants us to openly talk with Him in prayer, hiding nothing from His gaze and handing over everything that keeps us from Him in an honest exchange between us.
I discovered a reading in the Office for May 27 that demonstrate this very thing, opening of the heart to God. It is from St. Augustine’s Confessions. And it blew me away!!
Let me share just a little of St. Augustine’s very honest and candidly straightforward conversation with Jesus.
Where did I find you, that I came to know you? You were not within my memory before I learned of you. Where, then, did I find you before I came to know you, if not within yourself, far above me? We come to you and go from you, but no place is involved in this process. In every place, O Truth, you are present to those who seek your help, and at one and the same time you answer all, though they seek your counsel on different matters.
You respond clearly, but not everyone hears clearly. All ask what they wish, but do not always hear the answer they wish. Your best servant is he who is intent not so much on hearing his petition answered, as rather on willing whatever he hears from you.
Late have I loved you, O beauty ever ancient, ever new, late have I loved you! You were within me, but I was outside, and it was there that I searched for you. In my unloveliness I plunged into the lovely things which you created. You were with me, but I was not with you. Created things kept me from you; yet if they had not been in you they would not have been at all. You called, you shouted, and you broke through my deafness. You flashed, you shone, and you dispelled my blindness. You breathed your fragrance on me; I drew in breath and now I pant for you. I have tasted you; now I hunger and thirst for more. You touched me, and I burned for your peace.
St. Augustine was in total awe at the reality of the Lord, at His omnipotence, His limitless love, and His omnipresence, always there waiting for Augustine to reach out to Him. Just as the eyes and ears of the men in Rome were closed to Paul’s words, so Augustine’s eyes and ears were closed to the presence of God. But when Augustine finally realized how much he needed the Lord, it was time for God to break through to him.
Augustine became open-hearted! He realized his great need for God, and that was enough. His heart was ready. He opened up in honesty, and the Lord rushed in with His love.
God is waiting to do just the same for us, right now, in our need. If we can stop hiding from Him, stop closing off in our agony of soul, and reach out for help, the Lord will be there immediately. He will break through our deafness and dispel our blindness! We will not have to wait!
“Open your hearts, little children, so that God may fill you with His love and you will be a joy to others.”
